Free Support

Our free support is available for all our themes.

It includes:

  • the technical assistance
  • minor product updates
  • a period of 90 days starting from when a product is purchased

We generally provide feedback on any support queries within 2 business days.
Anyway in case of a long queue or if we are busy it may take longer.

We provide free support only for our themes and not for general support about platform system and only for a not modified core platform system.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

Options Zen e Serenity are extra paid services to extend our free support.

Zen can be purchased together with our theme at the official marketplace Prestashop.

Serenity can be purchased here.
